Reserving A Puppy

Note: Please take the time to thoroughly read this page before placing your deposit!

How To reserve a puppy

Please reach out to us if you have any questions about our available puppies! If you feel like you are ready to move forward with adopting one of our pups, please fill out the Adoption Application and place your $200.00 deposit by Venmo. (Venmo Handle: @ashleehewitt). When placing your deposit by Venmo, you will be responsible for any additional fees that occur. Do not click the payment protection or it will take money out on our end and you will have a balance due. We offer a 1 Year Health Warranty that you will receive when you pick up your puppy as your payment protection.

Once a deposit is placed on a puppy we can hold your puppy for up to one week. We can arrange to hold them longer if you need more time to prepare, but a weekly boarding fee will be applied.

Puppy Selections & Take HoMe

If you would like to choose your puppy in person, you are welcome to do so! We do require the Adoption Application is filled out and the deposit is placed prior to visiting our property, this is for the safety of us as well as our pets. Deposits can be transferred to any litter or any puppy. We also do Zoom, FaceTime, or Videos (So that we may continue to serve everyone in a timely matter, we prefer you choose only one option). Our puppies are able to leave their mother and siblings at 8-9 weeks of age or after, but no sooner.

Pick-up & Delivery

There are a few options to consider to get your puppy home to you if you live out-of-state, or are not local to us. We have wonderful flight nannies we can refer you to that are very trustworthy and pros at flying with a puppy in-cabin. We can also meet you curbside if you prefer to fly in yourself and pick up your puppy at either Nashville International Airport or Huntsville International Airport. Flying with a puppy in-cabin is pretty simple. Most airlines charge $125 for the puppy to fly with you as your carry-on. We can provide dimensions for the right pet carrier to purchase that is airline approved. Our puppies do great flying and they usually fall right to sleep as soon as the plane takes off. We do recommend flying over driving- the quicker you can get your baby home and acclimated the better. Both airports are pet friendly and there are several relief stations available. For all puppies traveling out of state by plane, a $40 Interstate Health Certificate is required by the airline. Our vet can issue this, and it will be included with your baby’s paperwork for the airline to review when you check in.

If you live within a 100 mile radius to us, we would be happy to deliver your puppy for a small travel fee. We also have trusted ground transporters we can recommend if flying is not an option. We don’t recommend this option if you live more than 6 hours away.

Final Payment

Your final payment is due at the time you pick up your puppy. You may make your final payment by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Venmo or Cash. If your baby is flying or being delivered out of state, the full payment must be received before the puppy leaves us.
